unban request

I have been banned for the reason: griefing

Whatever that means so I am requesting an explanation of what this is, cause I don't believe I have done anything wrong as i have followed the rules and been generally nice to people. As i haven't grief or destroyed anything other then my own

if someone could explain the reason for this ban I will gladly accept if i am guilty otherwise I wish to be unbanned.
