Dragonhunter did use Xray, but I saw him delete the xray mod with my own eyes. Please unban Dragonhunter he will never do it again.

I'm not sure we can trust you. You can say you took the mods off but it doesn't help your case, you still commited an offence, it is common sense not to use mods on most servers. You will remain banned until further notice.
