Tried to login but was banned

Admins online during the incident: I was last talking to Mistydove, but it had nothing to do with bans
What ban reason do you receive when attempting to log on?: Banned by an operator
Why do you believe you should be un banned?: Because I have no idea why I was banned in the first place, the only people that I've interacted with are friends over Skype and in game other than Mistydove

I tried to login today into survival mode but got a message: "Kicked whilst connecting to Survival: You are banned from this server! Reason: Banned by an operator." I'm not sure why I was banned, no entries were shown by MCBans

Hey Jukebox Sorry about there being no actual ban message we were having problems with a plugin yesterday.
Now the reason you were banned was because you griefed a players iron golem farm (http://i.imgur.com/cZRroRP.png) Can you please explain this?

I don't recall breaking anything that wasn't between me and my friends, and we don't have an iron golem farm... So no I have no idea sorry o_O
