Sponge!?

So I was looking to build something underwater, and was looking for a quick way to remove the water from inside my structures. I attempted to use a player bouncer but that didn't push water back. Does anyone have any ideas?

Also, would a mod/admin be willing to sell me actual sponge for the same price as a player bouncer?

(I already know about the lapis ore, so no need to post that.)

Tried. Obliv confirmed that until he changes player bouncers to something else, sponges will NOT function...

If no one has a problem with the entry bouncers changing block, I can reinstate the sponges?

I just dont want to cause widespread problems because I changed one block around.
Get people to post here and you could get your beloved sponge back!

I am lead to believe that Sponges have been disables overall in mine-craft, and will not function under any circumstance. RIP Sponge.

I really don't understand what people are saying they don't work, They have been buggy for me, But they are stopping flowing water. I'd be more then happy to show anyone that would like to see
