Why you deserve bMod: Hello all, Ophire again. Last month I tried out for bmod (badmin at the time) and got the lucky chance to try out. During my time as a trial member of staff, I felt as though I had a bit of free reign and messed around a little. I now understand that this is not the case. After lengthy discussions with a few members of staff, I understand what is expected of me. I need to be able to speak and interact with the staff on a more mature level, and keep my attitude and reactions under control when things go wrong. I firmly believe that I now know what is expected of a staff member/trial staff member, and I feel that I can now perform this job better. I am willing to dedicate as much free time as possible towards the wellbeing of the server and its players.
