I got Unbanned but Jailed

Hi, today I tried going on Auscraft and it let me on so I went on and I was in jail in survival. I tried to do /home but it says "You do the crime, you do the time" now my friend got banned too and his not in jail he did the exact same thing so I was wondering if I could get unjailed. When I do /help or /who I get a msg saying "player Jake3552 Jailed for 9 years and 6 months and 2 days".

I hope you understand how I am right now and why my friend isn't in Jail too.

Guys nvm a mod came on and he unjailed many thanks to the admin that helped me he understood me.
