HELP! Stuck in portal!

Hi guys + admins,

Me (dhehankim) and a mate (SeaTin) went exploring and we went into a portal. Now we're stuck inside the portal (mid-warp cause both sides are barred by walls for some reason. We cant even type to spawn ourselves out!

Any help/suggestions?

Speaking of getting stuck, in vanilla, i got stuck in one of the toilets at the spawn, and therefore I cannot break blocks to get out. Due to being vanilla I cannot teleport out.
Please help me.

It should be dean, a wall next to the portal was broken in the overworld so you will be ale to walk out.

Yeah, I hit W instead of S and fell in the 2 block deep one near the middle of the plane.
