Help please! Someone build right on my build!

So here is what happened, i left for a week or so, and when i came back to work some more, i couldnt because someone built a house under the platform that i was just about to add walls to. I was planning to make it not a platform, by adding walls, but now there is a house there. My question: can i destroy the house, or do i have to wait for him to come on and move it? i have left signs, but id rather just get working. Its the holidays now, and id rather not be wasting time with this. I have attatched some screenshots of the house in question.

Good luck getting this sorted out steve, I have several invasions of buildings of banned players around my house and no Mod/Admin/Muskie will let me destroy them.

Whats worse with mine is that they build it practicaly touching mine, when i had build first. If im not allowed to destroy it/ get it removed, then by that logic i will be allowed to build through it, so basically just placing blocks as normal, just not destroying.

This has been sorted, the persons house has been moved a decent distance away from your build and erased from near your house Thank you for being patient. -Liam :D
