What happened: _Snowgoon was building ontop of the nether. I told him it was against the rules and he said he knows, and his reply to me when i asked why he was doing it was 'because i can'. it is nothing personal with him i just do not want him having an unfair advantage. Im not sure if he should be banned or not (admins decision) but he should not be given this unfair advantage. I have attactched screenshots of proof. Thanks for the support
