Approved Unban or atleast know how long my ban is?

I was using a texture pack which give's up diamonds but i didn't get a warning just instant banned. Tho i did Not Deny to dropping my stuff i just argued my point and was pointing it was unfair and multiple people in the chat said are you going to give him a warning. It was unfair and i point out that i was going to give my tool up i was grabbing them from my chest and was about to give them to him and he just banned me?. Now that was unfair and then he wanted to try and get me introuble for a completely harmless joke because he couldn't reason with me. Please Reply The mod who banned me was Seaonor or something close to that he's a mod and i'm sure he will be seeing this post. Not saying he abused power but still should atleast of let me give him my tools before i was banned and he said he recorded and i did not lie once to what he said i didn't lie i had a sort of xray, or what i said in chat i was being fair with it and he wasn't. i'd like a better explination from him and want to know why i was banned? no given a warning....

I Will understand if not accepted if not accepted thank you for letting me play on your server as it was fun and stable i would like to play on it again, i will understand if not unbanned straight away or even not unbanned but i appriciate the help i was given by fellow players on the server.

For starters I kept asking over and over again for you to get all diamonds etc and hand to me, but you just kept arguing the point and how it's unfair? and that your texture pack does what you say is not believable, I have video proof of that, but that is besides the point it is still cheating and acts exactly the same as xray, you did not move whilst I was asking you to hand every diamond item over etc. Now that so called completely harmless joke is against the rules and over 3 players complained to me about it and one made a modreq, I was going to ban you for that anyways with or without you xray/texture xray. You were going to receive the warning after you gave everything back, but you just kept delaying, you could of gone straight to your chests etc and also taken your armour and started to hand it to me, but you did not, you were wasting my time.

Now I can unban but will be a temporary ban instead. Because I am nice, but you must remove that texture pack, also you have already been completely rolled back, as you had diamond blocks as protections, a magestone that was bought after you sold diamonds that were from using the xray texture pack, also because it was easier to roll back all your tunnels.
The temp ban isn't for the xray/xray texture pack, but for that so called harmless joke posting a porn site in chat.
