Hey all, I thought I would make a bit of a list of TV Shows out there at the moment which I can recommend. See below for shows available on the different streaming platforms.
Brooklyn 99:
A great cast of characters and light hearted comedy. It is ongoing at the moment, and is available on Netflix to watch.
The Good Place:
Its starts off a little slow, but gets better and better with every episode, it has a fantastic cast and very well written. It recently finishing airing and is available to watch on Netflix.
The Crown:
It focuses on the life of Queen Elizabeth from before she inherited the crown and goes throughout her life. It has a great cast and as the Queen ages, the cast members are changed out. It is available to watch on Netflix.
Sex Education:
Set in a British highschool, its got its serious parts and light hearted parts. There’s a bit of everything on offer, with two seasons available on Netflix.
Van Helsing:
A cool adaption on the Van Helsing tale. The show is not of the highest calibre, but highly enjoyable and gritty. The fourth season was just released and available on Netflix.
Chilling Adventures of Sabrina:
Really enjoyed watching this one, a different take on Sabrina, but wholly welcome. Available on Netflix.
Sense 8:
The show delves deep and is rated MA 15+ for good reasons. This show focuses on different people from around the world and their connection to one another. I found it a great watch and was disappointed it was cancelled. But the two seasons are available on Netflix, with an finale created after the cancellation to wrap up the series, the finale goes for a whopping 151 minutes.
Travellers:
Without spoiling too much, if you like the idea of time travel, this one is for you. It finished up and is available on Netflix.
Glitch:
An Australian made show, filmed in the Castlemaine area of Victoria. Lots of really great actors (you will lose count of how many have appeared on Play school!), People are rising from their graves, alive and unaware that many years have gone by since they were buried. The first two seasons are available on Netflix, strangely enough Season three is only available on American Netflix.
Titans:
A new show based on the DC Titans. It started off with everyone unsure how it would go, but turned out better than imagined. A clever cast and interesting story, delve into the mysteries with the first two seasons available on Netflix.

Good Omens:
Based off the book by Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett. It follows the time leading up to the apocalypse, the anti-christ and follows the humorous tale of the main characters race against time to stop the apocalypse. Michael Sheen and David Tennant play a great anti-team. Available on Amazon PrimeVideo (they offer a good trial and the subscription is well priced)
The Boys:
A 18+ TV Show based around the Superhero world. But maybe superheros aren’t all they are cracked up to be... Available on Amazon PrimeVideo (has been renewed for a second season).
American Gods:
Based on a novel by Neil Gaiman, If you like the idea of Myths, lore and the gods mashed together in a drama, then this is the show for you. A good cast and a mysterious storyline will hook anyone. Available on Amazon primeVideo.
Carnival Row:
A bit dark and revolves around a fantasy Victorian world, with a Human detective and a fairy. Suited to older audiences. Available on Amazon PrimeVideo.
