What happened: Well I saw some guy doing something so I went over to loot him. Then I saw a swastika build (screenshots below) right next to him. I don't know if he was the one who built it but I told him to remove it and he didn't do anything.

Alright, so basically people kept trying to break it because it was offensive but I told them not to because I needed evidence. So then this guy named "markhoskins" tells me he'll guard it. I walk away, turn around because I heard a spider and he's breaking it. Then he confessed to building it when he was drunk... I didn't catch any screenshots of it but um... yeah
