What happened: I saw that mr 2 cents was online and i asked him in a private message wether he was still using X-ray from when his brother (Forgot Username) told everyone he WAS using it.

I /msg'd him and the truth came out, But, He said it was a texture pack and i don't know if he is lying. He did admit that he was using it though.

Hm, this proves little I'm afraid. He has no previous global bans for anything so he's either never used one, or very good at covering it up, still, we'll still know if he uses one, we have our ways.
