Certain behaviour will no longer be tolerated

In Factions, certain players have been enchanting items with inappropriate names, and using inappropriate faction descriptions, this needs to stop. As a rule of thumb, if it isn't appropriate for a 10 year old child to see, it's not appropriate for the server.

Abuse regarding other players has been occurring lately as well (ie. nicknaming yourself to something like 'PacmanIsDeadToMe' or 'ShaxIsDeaderToMe'). They are not appropriate and will stop.
Also, repeatedly changing your nickname is annoying and may lead to loss of the privilege. Falsely nicknaming yourself as an Admin, Mod, or BAdmin will also not be tolerated, nor will falsely stating that you possess admin-like abilities.

Likewise, back-chatting the Admins, Mods, or BAdmins will stop. We are here to keep things running smoothly and, while we enjoy a good joke, disobeying and talking back in an aggressive, disrespectful, or otherwise inappropriate manner will not be tolerated.

Inappropriate warp names also need to stop.

Homophobia will stop, too. Comments regarding people's sexuality, questioning someone's sexuality, calling someone a 'fag', 'faggot', 'fgt' or signs stating 'fags are not allowed' are not appropriate either and will not be tolerated.

Any racism will not be tolerated either. Anybody calling anybody else a 'Jew', for example, or otherwise commenting on another person's race or culture in a derogatory manner is not appropriate.

If you have any items with inappropriate names (whether in your current inventory or in a chest), you have until February 07, 2013 to change the names yourself, ask an Admin to change them, or dispose of the items. If you are unsure of whether or not a name is inappropriate or need help changing item names, feel free to ask an Admin. After February 07, this rule will come into full effect and any items discovered with inappropriate names will be forcibly removed and the owner may face disciplinary actions.

Please remember that your presence on Aus-Craft is a privilege, not a right. We enjoy having you here and we value your contributions. However, actively disobeying the rules and causing trouble will be met with the appropriate measures, including but not limited to confiscation of items, ingame jail-time, and temporary, local, or permanent and global bans.
