Tell us your side of the story: I was banned for stealing stuff over 6 days. I would say about half of it mine stuff.
I would link the photo but I am not allowed so I do get a PM In discord (PajeetPete) to point out what was my stuff.
The fastest one to debunk is the "An entire iron beacon stolen." which isn't stealing when it was mine, and you can even ask Magi_cal because he/she unclaimed it after someone claimed because it was unclaimed and didn't want anyone stealing it. Along with that, the house right next to the beacon was mine, that I built and unclaimed because I moved to the ocean.
Now, the houses next to mine (but not all of it, Its hard to point out, once until I will make a video or show a admin that can be in discord) was our, we built it together. Hell, go into my old house, the signs saying that he took my diamonds because I went AFK for an month might still be there.
Now moving onto the other parts of the place. To my knowledge that place had been left behind and no one lived here anymore, I should point out that this was before I knew about ./seen
The 3 times where: 1. first leaving 2. ./rtp-ing to the base 3. Magi_cal and I removing the beacon

Now telling Aria to "fuck off", that was the 2nd time I have said a rude word on the server, first time wasn't at anyone. She/He wasn't just "hovering around" me, she went inv, waited until it stopped, un-inv and said "see?" She was been "helpful" but was acting right the whole time and acting overly cocky the whole time too, as if they were trying to show off. I would see this as borderline Admin abuse due to the fact she had no reason to think I was breaking the rules on my own land.


Now should I still be banned? Yes, I can see that and understand it. Should it be 3 days long? maybe, I don't know how time is applied by wrong doing. Giving back everything, I can say for sure about, if not more, then 50% of the items where already mine.

P.S: You should have more communication on your staff, also a check over who you have as staff and if they should be in that role.

Thank you for posting with the correct template. I will address your appeal today. For reference, this is the evidence album I submitted.

To get to the point with your first argument, I am at fault and you did not “steal” a beacon as I claimed. The reason for this mistake is because our logs do not reach far enough. Please refer to the below image to see how the beacon showed on my end. Coupled with the fact that there were no logs on the house and you had removed your claim there, at the time I had no way to verify that the beacon or home was yours. If the response does not satisfy you, you may verify with a musketeer that our logs do not extend far enough. Irrespective of this, I issue a formal and public apology.

I have checked the nearby homes and again, logs do not show for you contributing to the build there (which would display as you altering blocks or chests from a long time ago). My perspective can also be verified in the screenshots for my evidence album. However, I will take your account in faith and have removed your fault in destroying bookshelves, the enchanting table, some precious items, sea lanterns and other miscellaneous items.

With respect to the rest of your appeal, I will mostly ignore this as this appears to be a rant rather than a direct discussion of the warning and tempban itself. As I have also shown, there was no way for me to verify that this was your land, so your argument that I believed you were breaking rules on your own land is invalid. If, however, you are unsatisfied with the outcome of this appeal or wish to further pursue action against me, you are very welcome to peruse the Report Admin Abuse section of the forums, where a musketeer will personally handle the report you submit.

With the drastic revision of the severity of your grief and cheft, I will remove your ban and downgrade you to only the warning that is already on your account. Below is the revised list of items you will need to return. All other conditions apply i.e. durability of relevant items must be full, and enchantments must be exactly as shown in the below list.
