What happened: Player jabur2493 was spam killing players trying to leave spawn and flying over traps once he had attacked them so that they would fall down them *I'm not even sure if he is meant to be flying* he was told to stop a fair few times and after a while i approached him. I watched him attack camnate and other players then he was attacked and knocked down a hole so he flew back up and ran back to spawn, Flying out of combat.

I was using /fly command. I'm happy to abide to any fly rules but I wasn't aware of any. As for spawn camping I was waiting outside base for a fight and people kept trying to attack me naked, would you rather I just let my durability run out? Everyone pvps at spawn even some mods/admins.

His ban has been overulled but he is on the edge and the next thing however minor he will recieve a permanant and possibly global ban.
