Whenever i try to join i get this: No other servers, just AUS craft. Is this something server specific? or is it to do with the maintenance?

Whats worse with mine is that they build it practicaly touching mine, when i had build first. If im not allowed to destroy it/ get it removed, then by that logic i will be allowed to build through it, so basically just placing blocks as normal, just not destroying.

So here is what happened, i left for a week or so, and when i came back to work some more, i couldnt because someone built a house under the platform that i was just about to add walls to. Might make a list of useful warps, ie biomes, good grinders, etc. Also does it have to be in written format? because id be more than happy to make a video.
